On iPhone: extract the ZIP in Files

What "Original Resolution" Actually Means Here
Xiaohongshu stores up to ~2160x2880 (3:4) per image. Screenshots or screen recordings of the app lose quality immediately; saved-with-watermark images additionally have the user-ID overlay burned in. Pulling the CDN file preserves the clean original - exactly what the app streams to other viewers.
Live Photos and Motion Images
- Some posts contain live photos - a still plus a short motion clip. DownSwift lists both files, so you can keep the MP4 loop or just the JPG.
