TikTok Downloader - No Watermark, HD MP4
Paste a TikTok link and get the original, watermark-free video file. Short vm.tiktok.com share links work too, and you never need to log in.
What the DownSwift TikTok Downloader Does
Built for the way TikTok links actually get shared — from the app, as a redirect, on a phone.
Watermark-free source file
DownSwift requests the same media stream TikTok serves to its own players, which is the clean copy — not the watermarked export the app gives you when you save a video.
Every resolution TikTok offers
You get a quality list rather than a single fixed file. Pick the highest available resolution, or a smaller one when you are on mobile data.
vm.tiktok.com share links
The links TikTok's own share button produces are redirects. DownSwift follows them automatically, so you can paste exactly what the app handed you.
Audio-only extraction
Sound is often the reason you wanted the video. DownSwift can hand you the audio stream on its own, without the video track.
Stories before they expire
TikTok Stories disappear after 24 hours. If you need one kept, download it while it is still up — there is a dedicated Story page linked below.
No login, no TikTok account
DownSwift never asks for TikTok credentials. Only content TikTok already serves publicly can be resolved.
How to Download a TikTok Video in 3 Steps
Copy the TikTok link
In the TikTok app, tap Share and choose Copy Link. On the web, just copy the address bar. Either form works.
Paste it above
Drop the link into the box and press Download. DownSwift resolves the redirect and fetches the available streams.
Choose quality and save
Preview the clip, then pick a resolution — or the audio-only option. The file saves through your browser's normal download flow.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Paste the TikTok link into the box above and download. DownSwift requests the source stream rather than the app's watermarked export, so the file you get has no TikTok watermark burned into it.
Yes. Short share links are resolved to the full post URL before anything else happens, so a link copied from the TikTok app works exactly like a desktop URL.
Yes. DownSwift is a website, so it works in Safari and Chrome on iOS without an app. The saved file lands in your Files app or Photos, depending on which option you pick.
Yes. Alongside the video qualities, DownSwift returns the audio-only stream where TikTok provides one. Note that the container is whatever TikTok serves — usually M4A rather than a literal .mp3 — and no re-encoding is done.
The usual causes are a deleted or private post, a region block on our servers, or TikTok having changed its internal API. DownSwift keeps no copy of anything, so every download is fetched live and a changed upstream means a failed download.
TikTok links DownSwift accepts
https://www.tiktok.com/@username/video/1234567890123456789— the canonical post URLhttps://vm.tiktok.com/XXXXXXXXX/— the short link the app's Share button produceshttps://m.tiktok.com/v/1234567890123456789.html— the legacy mobile form
All three end up at the same post, so paste whichever one you have. You do not need to strip tracking parameters; they are ignored.
Why the watermark is missing
When you tap "Save video" inside TikTok, the app writes a file with the TikTok logo and the creator's handle composited over the picture. That is an export the app makes for you.
The streams TikTok's own players use are different. They are the clean source files, and they are what DownSwift asks for. Nothing is edited or cropped out on our side — the watermark simply is not part of that file. It is also why DownSwift cannot remove a watermark that a creator burned into their own video before uploading: that one is in the pixels.
Video, or just the audio?
Both are available where TikTok provides them. Choose a video quality if you want the clip; choose the audio-only stream if you only need the sound. DownSwift does not re-encode either one, so the audio you get is the source track, untouched.
One honest caveat: the audio stream's container is whatever TikTok serves. In practice that is
usually M4A/AAC, which every modern player handles, but it is not always a file literally named
.mp3. Renaming does not convert anything — if you specifically need MP3, convert the
file locally after downloading.
On mobile
There is nothing to install. Open DownSwift in Safari or Chrome, paste the link, and download. On iOS the file lands in Files or Photos depending on what you choose at the save prompt; on Android it goes to your Downloads folder or straight into the gallery.
If you use DownSwift often, you can add it to your home screen — it registers as a Progressive Web App, so it opens full-screen without browser chrome, like a native app.
What it will not do
Private accounts, follower-only posts and region-locked videos cannot be resolved. DownSwift has no TikTok session and never asks for your credentials, so it can only see what TikTok already serves to anonymous visitors.
